Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except where the product is faulty).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Consumable medical supplies (e.g., syringes, masks, gloves)
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service via contact@islandgate-medical.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos or videos).
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
